Dear Mike,

After months of research and investigating, my husband selected Natural Springs Pools as our pool company. Construction on our pool began this week and I feel it necessary to share with you, the owner of the company, our experiences to date. I am overwhelmed by the professionalism, efficiency, and quality of the work completed thus far. The men you have working for you represent your company in the most positive way. It is clear to me that the research my husband conducted led him to the right pool company. Two men, Ronnie and Chris, arrived at our residence before 7:00 A.M. on Wednesday and worked until 6:00 P.M. only to arrive again Thursday morning before 7:00 A.M. and remained until 7:00 P.M. Neighbors and other residents at the Preserve have shared horror stories regarding the construction of their pools due to the ineffectiveness of the workers sent to their homes to get the job done. I just wanted to take this opportunity to share with you how hard these men worked to complete a huge job in just two days. I hope that the rest of our experience with your company is as positive as the first three days.
